Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Thrivestream.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thrivestream. By using Thrivestream you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required to use Threads and be able to form a binding agreement. You sign in with your Threads account and are responsible for activity under it.
Acceptable Use
When using Thrivestream, you agree not to:
- Broadcast or post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing
- Stream content you do not have the right to share
- Harass other users, spam chat, or evade moderation
- Disrupt, probe, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you broadcast and post. You grant Thrivestream the limited rights needed to transmit and display your content to deliver the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.
Live Streaming
Streams are live and are not recorded by Thrivestream. You are responsible for your conduct on stream and in chat. Broadcasters may moderate the chat on their own streams.
Threads Integration
Thrivestream relies on Threads for sign-in and integration. Your use of Threads is governed by Meta's terms, and the availability of Threads features is outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using Thrivestream at any time and disconnect it from Threads. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers
Thrivestream is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Thrivestream is currently in private testing and features may change or be unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrivestream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
